L'Association équestre du Nouveau-Brunswick est un organisme-cadre pour la province. Les zones régionales individuelles peuvent être représentées par un comité de zone, qui a accès à son propre financement provincial pour soutenir le développement des athlètes, des entraîneurs et des officiels.

Each committee is responsible for sharing information with members about the clinics, competitions and special events that take place in their region. Committees also access to their own regional funding, separate from the NBEA,  through the NB Department of Tourism, Heritage, and Culture, which is used to support athlete, official, and coach education opportunities. Some committees organize and host their own clinics, seminars, and special events; others funnel funding to riders/coaches/officials via application processes.
