| Introduction: | This NCCP/EC Training is facilitated by Victoria Andrew (Master Learning Facilitator and Certified Coach).The focus is in educating the coach's eye, expanding from basic Analyzing Performance to dealing with specific issues including, but not limited to deciding when your horse/rider is ready to progress to the next level of competition and improving rider's performance through Analyzing Performance and interactive coaching techniques. This workshop is highly recommended for all English disciplines, coaches and instructors. |

Bring your own lunch as at this time we are travelling to Lori Leach’s Brae Fearann Farm at 2044 Route 3, Harvey Station, N.B. E6K3W9.
Directions – From Trans – Canada take Exit 258 St. Stephen /St. Andrews. Harvey is 18 Km along Route # 3. Farm is # 2044 on the right of Main Road, Route 3 after passing through the main village.
