Riders wishing to compete in ONLY the combined test are to fill out the combined test entry form and the liability waiver.
Riders wishing to compete in the combined test AND additional hunter/jumper classes must fill out both the hunter/jumper entry and the combined test entry, in addition to the liability waiver.
Riders wishing to compete in the combined test AND additional dressage tests must fill out both the dressage entry form and the combined test entry form, in addition to the liability waiver.
Riders competing in the combined test with additional classes in the hunter/jumper show AND the dressage show must fill out all three entry forms and the liability waiver.
